Does anyone know if the hookswitch for an EKT phone is the same as for the DKT phone?

I beleive they are different, but my memory may be failing me!

If there is a difference, where can I get soem EKT hookswitches and the instructions to install them? I already have DKT hookswitches and instructions.

Thanks!

EKT stands for Electronic Key Telephone
DKT Digital Key Telephone
EKT phones run on the older systems like the Se, VI, XII, etc or off of a PEKU card.
DKT phones run on all of the Digital systems.
Try www.refurbsupplies.com for the hokswitches.

I did find out that the same hookswitch will work in the DKT 2000 series and EKT 6500 series phones or at least according to Mike Sandman!

Amy found really nice guy.

Mike Sandman has the best little catalog of useful phone related gadgets you've ever seen, he is a true friend of installers.

I don't get paid for this, I am just thankful that he has great gizmos when I need them. Check out his website. If it has to do with phones and he doesn't have it, it probably doesn't exist.

Sorry, just re-read the post... I guess I should have had more coffee yesterday.

I was going to ask how you got to Windham, but then I remembered you can't get to there from here.

(I lived in Fort Kent, St. Francis and Caribou 11 years too long.)
