Can someone e-mail me with information on how to reset the password on the DK? I am connected via pc with serial cable. Default password does not work.

the only way I know how is to have the installing dealer or Toshiba reset it to default

Remember passwords are CASE SENSITIVE. Are you sure your Stratagy DK voicemail password has been changed?

Very few people I know change passwords.

If this is a customer owned system and the last service person would not give up the password (and has been paid up to date) then you could liven them up with a small claims paper and that might work.
