lol! Ringtone, I just now noticed you have a DK16.
It's been a while since I've worked on a DK16 but I believe the DK16 doesn't take a # for the feature code. So in your case I believe it's just 7+002+phonenumber.

Laugh all you want about my DK16. I also bought a CTX100 recently on ebay for a different location. That one is much easier to program, becuase I can use a computer.

Thanks for the tip. Since I only want a specific line, it sounds like I can program the key sequence 44(#)+7+002(line)+phonenumber.

Ringtone, I wasn't knocking at the fact that you have a DK16. It's a nice little switch. I was laughing at the fact that I was giving you instructions based on the bigger DKs which do require a pound. So, again, I think that on the DK16 you don't use the #.

The # definately was NOT used on the DK16, it came in with the 16e and the RCTUA card.

To access a particular line it is: [Int] 7 X X X where X X X is the line number.

In the 16e, 40 and 40i, it is: [Int] # 7 X X X where X X X is the line number.

To id phy. and log. ports on a 16: [Int] 4 0 2.

In the 16e, 40 and 40i, it is: [Int] # 4 0 2.

Maybe I missed something, but what is, "id phy?"
