How do I move extensions around? I know how to move the wires in the phone room. I can access programmer mode on 005.
Tried adding a new extension '222', I have it wired to phone jack from phone room, but when I try to transfer a call to it it rings straight to voicemail.
I used program 04:
04 hold - spkr 029 # 222 hold [then get error]
029 is physical port I want ext to be on
222 is ext. I want to setup

Have you looked @ port 022 to see if x 222 is there .
To leave the 000=200
001=201
022=222
standard mode is a nightmare later to administrate
I did one to accodate customer that had horizon
and regret it every day
also inherited one same thing .

Dave..
If port 022 has 222 in it, you will need to delete it first before programming porrt 029 for 222. To delete the extension when in the port, press FB01. This should clear the extension from the port.
