Where can I get software and a cable necessary to connect to a Contact DK voicemail? I have a client that is having trouble with a mailbox and cannot access it.

Comatrix was selling them a while back, not sure about stock today, their number is 800-888-7822 and 800-253-8788 West coast and East coast numbers.
Can you just go into 999 admin and change the password? Or delete the box and recreate it and not make the customer wait? If they have critical messages, then that is out of the question. If not, then bing, bang, boom its done.

Which Series Contact is it. Older series 21-2300 or 2400 series which has 2 db 9pin connectors & no faceplate which needs 9pin nullmodem cable. I could email U the Zip file for CGM4

We had tried deleting the mailboxes and trying to re-eter them. No Luck. It seems as the default password is customizable.???
