We have a new customer with a 5 cabinet DK280 and 2 T1's. They currently have several fax machines going through the switch on single line ports and have DID's assigned to incoming. I am not very toshiba savy but reading through the book was confusing. I can get in programming and program *09 doesn't make sense. How would you look in programing to find the next available DID and where do you assign it. Sorry this isn't much detail, I'm using my phone to post this.

We finally made it back out there a few days ago and found out that even though the cabinet says 280 its really a 424. The dk280 manual thats onsite is way outdated and using the correct manual we were able to figure it out. Thankyou to those that offered help.
