Is it possible to log, and view all incoming and outgoing calls, by ext if possible? I have both CTX 670s, or 100s.

Yes.
Look for the BSIS card. It mounts on the processor card for both 100 and 670.

It is a serial connection coming out of the BSIS and it can go into a computer with Call Accounting software where you can see the data on the screen as each call is completed and it can be stored, with the data sorted by extension, by line, by time of day, by cost, etx. Reports can be generated automatically and output from a printer on your network.
If the office that wants to see the data is far from the 670 you would have to set up some serial data extender to get to that computer.
As Mr. Telephone Man says, this is a job for an installer an you do well to buy the SMDA (Station Message Detail Accounting) package from someone who will give free tech support for the first year as this is not something you will probably not learn on a training session.
