I have a dk 616 hooked to a strategy flash that keeps locking up the ports. Every time this happens I have to replace it. It has happened 3 times in 6 months. I don’t think it is the voice mail I think it has to be coming from the system has this happen to any one before?

DK 616? Maybe a DK 16 or a DK 16e but not a DK 616.
Your voice mail has to be replaced? Is this the Stratagy Flash brick by Dialogic? This should have a 22 volt ac power supply if I remember right. Could you have a different power supply?
Did you measure the voltage of the power supply while in use? (Stick a needle in each power wire and measure voltage)
Did you measure the voltage of the AC ring coming out of the Toshie single line card (use an in-line harris banjo to get connection points).
Was this a refurb VM that keeps getting fixed or they keep swapping out with a different one.
Do all the ports lock up at once, all four over a period of days?

What version of Stratagy is the Flash? Check the programming that you don't have a loop anywhere. I take it your replacing it because a rest won't restart it? I'm betting a time out loop or someone has done something in the setup.
When its locked up are the ports off-hook?

If the database and configuration files become corrupt the Stratgy will not boot up.Sometimes defaulting the voicemail will help....If interested I can e-mail you info
