How do you change the speed dial numbers stored on a deskset? Strata VI, EKT 20 button deskset, has numbers stored on buttons 11-17, but I haven't been able to change them......any ideas?

Try this the oldest user guide i have is the xxiie and xxe
1-Do not lift the handset.
2-Depress the # [or rdl ] and * [or rep ] keys.
3-Press the line key you want change.
4-Dial the telephone # to be stored [16 digits max ]
5-Press the # [or rdl ] key to store.
6- Repeat the above for each line key
It may be necessary to insert a pause after trunk access code to allow for dt delay .If so ,press
the MW/FL or PAU key after trunk access code.

Thanks for the help....that's the procedure I tryed, but it don't work. I used a display phone to see if any prompts came up, but the display never changed.

I think I have manuals and user guides at the office for the Strata VI , I will check on Monday and get back to you.

Lift the handset, press [redial] then [speed dial] IF they are on your phone (if not press # * ) press the 11th button dial up to 16 digits then dial [redial] or # if there is no redial button on your phone. Hang up handset and test.
If it works, repeat with button 12 and so on. If not try the directions again.
How many miles have your got on your Packard? (grin)

Was brought out long after the demise of the Packard . How many miles on your Chrysler K car? LOL and a big grin .

I've got 320, 000+ on my 1991 Honda Civic Wagon Bunniemobile. I don't think I will ever buy anything but a Honda (if I ever have to buy another one before I die). No payments, everything I have ever needed to take somewhere fits in and I still get about 24 miles a gallon.
