I have a customer with a DK280 and a Stratagy Rel 2 voice processing system. The PC they've used for admin crashed and they cannot locate the Stratagy admin software. Is there a site where I can download this software to run with Windows XP Pro? Or, is it even compatible with an XP box? Any help would be appreciated.

It has to run in DOS as far as I know, I'm not a PC person much, I run Mac except for Toshiba programming. Most any old computer that runs DOS and has a serial port should work, you don't need new to run DOS and older is cheaper.
If it is the hard drive that crashed, they should be able to use a data recovery service an be back in business with all their software, don't know if you had considered that or not. Usually these guys are a one day service and you are back in business.
You might have the recovered drive cloned so you have a backup, very cheap insurance.
I keep my Toshiba computer free of any email programs and hardly ever connect to the internet so I don't get any viruses, worms, etc. Someone who is a lot better at PC should be able to email you what you want.
