I'm in the healthcare field and will be setting up a new office. Have obtained a lightly used dk40i which I have up and running. Everything about it is a joy compared to the Strata XII we bought 23 years ago which I have maintained since (although aside from some dry relay contacts that have required careful cleaning, that system has soldiered on with ZERO downtime). I hope the new digital system does as well. I'm following the advice of the forum and will stay with phone programming the main unit rather than fiddling with software. It seems very straightforward so far.. nice to get feedback from the lcd!
Here's my question. The new system came with an external Stratagy Flash (Dialogic 'Brick') and no software for it. Does anyone have a source for the software? I understand that it's DOS based. Is there a way to set the brick back to factory default?
