Oh, well, I was just "thiking out of the box" and even I didn't think about trying all ten digits after the # key. As Bunnie said you really are due for a tech visit. Having never changed the pgm 05 settings myself, and after re-reading the manual it turns out that both the # and the 6 are entered and could be programmed as any one or two key presses, or even two blanks which would presumably make it impossable to change the time from the phone. (As Bunnie said it is possable to create a conflict between feature groups so I would not have suggested actually making any changes without knowing what your doing). While you could go crazy and try 0052 thru ##52 (are *s valid?) I would not reccomend it for fear of triping over some other some other code and making unknown changes, At this point I would live with the wrong time until the tech shows up. It does look like group 3 is set to the normal #3 as #35 is a paging code. Also, part of working on the message light involves re-setting VM ID codes with #656 and #657, so he (or she) will need to verify the #6 issue anyway.

That is rather odd because now I cannot set those VM ID's on any phone. And since you said something about going crazy and checking all of the program codes I vaguely remember sticking my nose into 05 briefly on Monday to try and change the system time after looking through the programming manual. I may have inadvertantly fat-fingered a key and dorked it up entirely. I'll post back next week if/when I have a solution. Thanks for all of the replies!

[Intercom] # 6 5 7 9 1 [Extension] [Redial] [Speaker] works fine on a Toshiba with a Toshiba voicemail, but if you have a Repartee, it is [Intercom] # 6 5 7 9 1 9 [Extension] [Redial] [Speaker]. The extra 9 makes the Repartee integrate with the Toshiba. There are modifications you might not know about such as this, so defaulting program 05 could be a disaster.
Why don't you find out from people in the company what codes they use? Maybe you don't need that any longer and could default program 05 and be like other Toshibas.
Maybe the codes were changed just for an off brand voice mail or maybe they wanted intercoms in the 100s, 200s, 300s, 300s, 400s, 500s, 600s, 700s?

Well, #6 anything still shows up as vacant so I'm not sure I could do anything with that if I wanted to. And talking about programming 05 to what it's supposed to be is a bit beyond my reach I'm afraid. I believe our paging codes were split up a bit. We use #39 from our analog paging phones to page across the plant and I know I've accidently hit #36 or #38 before and still gotten a page, just not all around. Maybe that gives you some insight, maybe it doesn't. All of our internal numbers are from 200 to 303 if that means anything.

Yesterday the tech reconfigured the flexible access codes. 6 was set to 67 and 7 was set to 68 for some reason. So it could have been my fault when I was poking around last week.
Also changed program 35-something to allow all extensions (except our "voicemail" ports) to flash on MSG RCVD. Done easily enough once I changed the baud rate in DKi Admin to 1200bps to get connected. From there it was smooth sailing to check those boxes.
Anyway, success by Taylored Systems out of Noblesville, IN.
