I've asked this before still have not found a resolve for it. IES32 when leaving a message in a mailbox it says please leave your message after the tone.... beep... start talking and in mid sentance it says "message has not been recorded" Every thing else functions great but this. Any Ideas ?

Thanks

Joe

Is the drive full?

I don't remember exactly on the ES, but the IVP8 has a setting for "store messages".

that is also what it says, if it hears silence when recording.
Have tried from another phone?
Is this system wide?
or 1 mailbox?

if store messages was off, it wouldn't give you a beep to record.

It does not matter what phone you do it from and it is happining on many mailboxes.

when leaving the message If you keep it real short and hit # twice it will save the message.

The IES32 is a newish "referb" from toshiba about 1 month old

Netmeeting into it and check the the drive space left on it. Had this problem before because some .log files got too big and had to delete them.

I have 6.7 Gig's available. Would I be correct in thinking this is a Voicemail issue. Could it be a issue with the switch? Switch is a ctx670

I had a loner voicemail server from my vendor it had the same issue. It used a separate analog board. I really need some help on this.

Are there any settings I can check? I've spoke with the local Toshiba rep and they are stumped.

Still having this issue. The only settings I have found that change the issue is the CPM settings in the telephone integration section.

Phonemeister asked it it was a trunk it hapens internally as well as externally. Any help diagnosing this issue would be great.
