I am having problems with caller ID logging all calls on ext. 200 phone. Using analog lines. I have the Call History station programmed and the lines set for caller ID. It does pick up the answered calls, but not the unanswered.
This is a CIX 100 4.0 ML 28.00 software. Using RGLU cards. The cards came in a package from Toshiba, instead of using the Rcou cards.
Thanks

Usually, if you assign ext 200 as the owner of the lines uner KEYS, the caller ID info will stay on that line.
The is a setting in later versions about were to store caller ID info. Can't remember of the too of my head. Haven't used that setting yet.

I don't have R4 loaded in the old laptop yet.
Suggestions:
Its not a option in Call Control in Stations?
Its not under Caller ID options in Trunks?

I found what I was looking for. I'm not sure what version of eManager you need. I'm running 4.1
Under the Miscellaneous Tab in emanager, there is prog 577 CLID History Station, which apperas to let you select a station to store Call ID info.
Again, I haven't tried it, but I have set an owner to a CO line, which let it collected unanswered call ID info.
