Setting up a CTX100 with an Inskin IVP8(2 ports). I have two actually, one newer v2, another older one(beige front). Looking to completely flatten the IVP's to factory defaults. Installer was in and he didn't know how and deleted the extensions and then recreated them using Exadmin(sp) but the old greetings, etc. are still on the card. I do not look forward to doing the deletes via phone programming but I don't have Exadmin and that apparently does not remove all the extension info. Is there a method using jumpers on the card or editing the CF to put this back to factory settings?
Thanks in advance...

Oh, and could someone email me if the IVP uses a different default security code when resetting a mailbox. Can't find anything in the docs, the tech said all were set to zeroes but none of them are accessible; the default's are in place for the admin account(###+###) but any combination of those will not work. The owner of the company that did the install is coming out but not for two more days. Any help is appreciated.

yes, there is a way to default it. Have the tech check Toshiba's FYI for instructions or call tech support.

Yup, got it from FYI after getting the tech's login. Grabbed Xadmin while there. Took all of 5 minutes but they had spent an hour or more working it and it's still not functioning for the new client. Guess I'll do it myself now...
