Since I switched carriers I am not able to get caller ID info. Only calls that has a restriction or *67 in front of the calling number gets through.
I am not sure where to change the Protocol from NI-2 to NI-1.
Any ideas would be welcomed.

I believe that it only works in NI-1. If you send caller name and number to it,NI-2. IT will shut the switch down. 424 gets confused with caller name. just caller number is OK.

One thing to try, is Program *68-1, Calling number ID Presentation Parameters.
Try setting the trunk group (probably 1) opposite what you have now. If led 1 is on, turn off. If led 1 is off, turn on.
That may be all your have to do.
In Program *66-3, leds 13, 14, and 15 are set to Off by default and setting to ON makes it NI2.
A Northern DMS CO switch is "usually" NI1 but some are NI2. Most other manufacturers are NI2.
Those are simple easy changes to test with but try *68-1 first OK?

Problem solved. I asked the carrier to take the name ID out. Now I have only caller ID by number. All set. Thanks for your input. Appreciate it.
