I have, well had til i smashed the POS, a Razr phone, it was worthless, constant dropped calls, dead batteries etc., can someone recommend a decent phone, leaning towards a samsung or lg, any feedback would help.

Blackberry 8830. Text, pics, vid, email, browser, it does it all. Love mine.

doesnt drop calls? i was just on phone n dropped call 3 times, i was standing still

I can only recommend what I have.... I have both a Razr and a Palm Centro.

I can't say I hate my Razr as it has treated me alright. I have noticed that when my razr has a weak signal my Centro still has a much stronger signal and drops calls a LOT less often than the Razr. About the only place I've lost calls on my Centro are known problem areas that I've always had little or no service.

The Centro also has a full keyboard for texting/email, a decent cameral for pics/vid and with the addition of a micro SD card, plenty of storage space for documents, etc.

Little phones, Little reach/power. Big Phones, Big reach/power. Unfortunately, all the BIG phones are pretty much obsolete and electronically orpaned! John C. (Not Garand)

I have a Cingular Blackberry Curve (8830 I believe) and it is wonderful. I also have a company issued Nextel/Sprint Hybrid which sucks, I have had more signal issues with the hybrid then with the regulat Nextel only.

dropped calls are usually the provider (ask a nextel subscriber )

I have had good luck with Cingular now AT&T or is it at&t anyway it works and I always get motorola or LG phones, had the best luck with them for many years.
