Hi! I'm a network admin who has taken over phone admin duties and am already having problems - I know absolutely zero about phone systems.
We have a Toshiba system, the phones are DKT3210-SD and the phone system itself is Strata CTX 100 (I think.. could be 100-S or 670).
Here are my 2 current issues - please don't laugh! I know this has to be simple, I just can't figure it out. We have 2 phones that will not come off of call forward-all no matter what you do. There's a call forward off button programmed on each that doesn't work, dialing #6051 doesn't work and changing the system call forward option in eManager doesn't work. The second issue is that we have one main office number that needs to ring on 2 other extensions. I try to add them to the hunt group for the main number, but it says that that extension I'm trying to add is in another hunt group (which it is, each extension is in its own hunt group it appears), so I can't add it there.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any and all advice!
