We have a Toshiba system at the school with Perfect Voice on it. Our former technicians had my voice mail set up and everything worked correctly. The school switched companies and they did some work on the phone system. Now when someone leaves me a voice message, my light does not blink.
If someone calls my extension and hits the Msg button, then it blinks to alert me. The company has not been able to figure out what is wrong yet, so I decided to do some digging and see if I could fix it. This was my first time to look at the Perfect Voice software or to do anything with the telephone system. From what I can tell, everything looks fine. My extension is set to do the 900 COS for a notify. As I said, I really don't know anything about the system, but I would have thought that the same event would have been triggered wether someone leaves a message or hits the Msg button.
Is there anything that I can look at? Let me know if I need to leave any more information about the system.
Thanks. Scott Mayo Technology Coordinator Bloomfield Schools PH: 573-568-5669

I had tried it both ways. As soon as I put in 65, I get the busy signal. Anything else that I can look at? Thanks. Scott

Once again, I really don't know much about the system. A saw the following on the 2 boxes.
Toshiba Strata chsub672A chsue672A
If that helps any. If it is actually something to do with those, then I probably will have no idea of what to do. I was just figuring it was something to do with the software. Thanks again for the help. Scott

If it's a DK then the #656, #657 or 656, 657 should have worked.Did you say you check the notification in the Perfect Voice , you might try to delete the notification for the extension the add it back , and I have found out the hard way that alot of the changes made on that voicemail seem to work better after a reboot
