OK, I thought everything was great until today....
I have a 4 port brick working as AA. All 4 analog extensions are in DH 850.
Went into prgm 81 and selected port 900 and made sure buttons 1 and 2 (ICM and CO1) were lit. we don't use night mode.
I have an inskin DK in the system too. we are going to change over to it. It is set up under DH 851.
Any calls that come into CO2 are going to the inskin and not the brick. Where else do I need to look?

I checked that, just to be sure I checked correctly.
enter program mode
spkr 81 hold
spkr 901#
check that no lines are selected....

Have not used this program before. When I enter 002# at the select prompt the display says DATA= and no leds are lit....
