I am using my internal modem to connect remotley to any CTX/CIX or ieS32/16 VM, BUT I cannot either get connected or stay connected to any Stragtagy DK or IVP8 VM. I keep getting "Can't read config data from Stratagy" or something about not reading the channels. The VM is working fine!
I have tried changing COM ports and baud rates. I have even tried calling in remotely from my home telephone line withthe same results. I used to be able to call in with no issues so I'm not sure what else to look at.
Any ideas???

1. Try connecting with another computer.
2. Try an external modem.
3. Uninstall any recent Windows updates since your last successful connection.
4. Uninstall any programs that were installed since your last successful connection.

I have tried the extenal modem, but for IVP8R2, tech support told me to use the internal modem. In either case, neither the internal or external work.
I'll try the rest of your suggestions.

5. Try a different modem on the VM end.
