Recently acquired service on dk280 which manuals
website has pdf for.
Anybody have vmx manual?
Customer going to fulltime auto attd.(vm will answer all calls in night1).0 calls ring to Ext.210,then recalls to vm no answer.They want 210 to ring on 2 other phones for better call coverage.I can program other exts to ring on other phones thru prog *71 but not 210.Not sure why 210 doesn't ring on other phones,acts like dss/blf.
Customer would like it to not recall,just ring until answered.Is there a better dial 0 setup?

Did you put 210 on the other phones in prog 39.
On ring time out does it go back to main greeting or takes a message for x210
If it takes a message try cancelling call forwarding probably 603 or 604

Yes to prog 39
It rings 3 times and goes back to greeting "Ext 210 in not availible,please dial another ext" or similar to that.I think mbx 210 may have COS to not take message,no manual.
There is no cfwd indication on the lcd of 210,so I beleive it is recalling.
