I can't find the program to set DIT to voicemail pilot in the DK 280 manual. My only idea is you just program the lines to not ring and it auto forwards to VM but I haven't tried it yet.
Thanks.

What Steve said. If you want an AA, remove ringing from all phones, and program the first voice mail port to ring on all incoming lines.

Thanks guys. In 2 weeks I'm adding 8 new lines to a system with 12 lines that already immediately hit the Auto Attendant.
>> "and program the first voice mail port to ring on all incoming lines."
Got it. So if 1st vm port = 017 in pgm 81, etc I assign ringing just as if that port was a regular extension.
thanks again

You program your voicemail ports in program 33 and then set your first port in 81 for daytime/24 hour ringing. If you want an attendant in the day and AA at night, you use the attendant's port in 81 and the 1st fm port in 87 and put a 439 night button on some phone that will do the day/night switch.
In program 10, you specify Day/Night (81/87) or Day1/Day2/Night (81/84/87).
