Customer ordered their own refurb parts. I don't think the RCOS will work on a PCOU2 but if someone knows better that would be good news.

Not a chance. Even the RCOU/S1 & RCOU/S3 are not compatible, you need to match part AND model numbers.

PCOU was a 4 port non-expandable card.
RCOU was a 4 port expandable card with a 4 port RCOS daughterboard.
Whoever sold it to him on eBay was not such a great merchandiser.
