Steve - I tried Intercom 9 and it tried to dial out on line 6 - I have no line six. SO I put 6,5,4,and 3 on hold and Intercom 9 treid to dail out on line 2, but it was still white noise.. How wwoul I use program 90 and 92? I'm a novice markting guy trying to save a busck  Thanks - Bill

Do you have a manual? You could reinitialize the system, but there are several programs to do and it is possible to buy a manual from this site (above).
Have you tried plugging the lines into 3 & 4 and see if they come up OK on those?
Best suggestion, get a DK16 manual and you should be fine if you start with the initialization programs.

Hope this information has been helpful but Sundance does not sell manuals. There is a Manuals link at top of this page that has links to sites that do supply manuals.

thanks to all - I found a tech in Kansas City who was reasonably priced he ran the 90 programs and all in now well
