OK...I can't find anything in the documentation on this. Maybe there isn't an answer. Quick setup: We have a script on a server that dials into our office, leaves a v/m and that v/m gets emailed back to the server. Verifying that our phone system is working. However, I have set the option to delete message when emailed, but it doesn't delete. Is there something not set up correctly? Is there a way to delete the messages through the web interface? I can't imagine that logging into the v/m with the phone and deleting them that way is the only method...

I assume you have an Enterprise Server, right?

Phil is talking about the voicemail, not your server. Do you have an iES16, iES32, or ES48?

From an earlier post, he says the he has an Stratagy ES running SW ver 5.063 and Delete on Send was not working.
I checked back on Toshiba FYI and Ver 5 was shown as being for the MAS system. I just put in an SES and it was running 4.617, where the "Delete on Send" option was removed. We have a MAS at our office, but I have not checked into the Delete on Send option. The MAS is usually configured using eManager.
If you run SES Admin ver 4.018, you will see the Delete on Send option, but checking it will do nothing if the SW ver does not support it.
So, if this isn't you're configuration you where asking about, please continue with more details of your system.

So is that to say that it isn't an available option anymore?
