An employee left the company but the phone displays her name still. A new employee will be at that location starting Monday. How do I change this? On the phone itself or through the CTX28 voicemail prompts? Please help. Thanks.

There is a small possibility that it can be changed through the phone, but only if the intaller/programmer enabled it, which is usually not the case.
Go to a phone. (try a couple). One the very top, under the LCD are 4 buttons. Press the left one. If the display changes to "ADMIN" then you can change the names.
More then likely, the only way to change the names is using the programing software the the installer used.

You have three names to change, the display on the phone and that is independent of the voice mail and the spoken name and programmed name on the voicemail.
If your dealer has remote maintainance it is easy for them to modem in and make changes. No one has to come to your site and use a laptop to make changes if you get remote maintainance set up and I would HIGHLY encourage that, it saves you money for as long as you own it and if your dealer does not do remote programming, other Toshiba dealers will be happy to set that up.
1. Name on phone 2. Name in the voicemail so they can dial in the first few letters of the name and be directed to an extension. 3. The spoken name you hear, "Bubba Balognahead," NOT the greeting, "You've reached Bubba Balognahead and I am away from my desk right now..." 4. Do you know the password or does it have to be reset?
Only a couple minutes work, but it all has to be done.

I have eManager installed on my laptop and using that found out how to change the name on the display. Thanks for all the pointers.

You're welcome. If you need to post again, please mention you have eManager, this would have been done in one post.
