Hellow,
I have e costumer that have A toshiba CTX100 and would like to know if is possible with his system while he is in the phone with a autoside call if someone intercom him he want to be able to talk with the person in the CO line on the handset and talk to other on the speakers. You don't say what phones you have. It was possible to put an offhook daughter board in the 2000 series of phones and hear an announcement for another call.
I would use a second phone, a DKT3010 speakerphone as a guest/announce phone and a headset with mute button on the main phone. That would not be expensive for one or two people but could cost a lot more if you were equipping an entire office.
I never liked the off hook announcer system but other people must have.

You can program Offhook Call Announce if you add the BVSU card to the phone to accomplish what you want or you can do it through the handset. The feature is called Handset OCA. It works well if all parties are trained in how it works
