I have been a certified Toshiba Tech since the CTX's have come out, problem is now I work for a company that doesn't have an agreement with toshiba. I am having problems getting my WinAdmin working , think it may have been updates for windows or i.e. now when I type in user name and password on first screen, it says invalid user name. (using the default for the winadmin out of the box)
Also, I need another copy of eadmin since mine took a dive. Can anybody help me out?

I know this is somewhat simplistic, but do you have your firewall turned off, and do you have your pop-up blocker turned off (assuming you are running XP pro, SP2)? Those interfere with the proper fuctioning of either WinAdmin or eManager.

Also script blocking on your antivirus needs to be disabled.
