thanks TTT and others, I have tried all of those, and am having no luck at all. I am going to go visit our toshiba vendor, who also has the CIX100 w/ IP card and is also on bellsouth DSL, to get a hands on view of how they have it set up and try to copy. I've been putting it off since they're 2hrs away and in another state, but looks like I'll have to, and hopefully can replicate their setup and get up and running.
