All,
I have added several phone extensions onto the system. I have programmed #603 #656 #657. into all the phones.
Problem: incoming call comes in rigns 4 times and forwards to 850. It does not forward to the VM box of the user?
System is 424 Toshiba VM = PVO PRO

Mr. McCoy, 850 is probably the pilot number of the voice mail hunt group. In that hunt group are supposed to be all the extensions that are assigned to the voice mail. It should work!

what did you enter for the #656 & #657, the Perfect Voice is not a Toshiba product so it isn't #656,91 & #657,92... I believe it is #656,8,ext#,redial , #657,999,ext#,redial. atleast it is for the perfect voice pro, not sure about the perfect voice office

Does Teleco make Perfect Voice? I am hazy about that but it seems to kick a memory cell. Maybe trying a Teleco code on one station, nothing to lose.

If you have DK Admin software you could duplicate the settings with your laptop or if you had a PIOU or similar card, someone who does remote maintainance could modem in and set it up and tell you what it is in the future.
Sorry for two posts, my singing in the shower thought process just kicked in.

Lets see, I have never setup anything any different when PVO PRO was installed. It's always been the same as the old strata 16 system we had.
What about including these new extensions in the voice mail hunt group as was requested above? How would I go about that?

At each extension on the DK16 you would have programmed:
[Intercom] 6 0 3 XX [Speed dial button] Y [Redial] [Spkr] where X are the digits for the first extension of the voice mail group in program 33 and Y is the number of seconds between 08 and 60 that the phone is supposed to ring before it goes to voicemail. This sends the call to the voicemail system.
[Intercom] 6 5 6 9 1 Z Z [Redial] [Spkr] where ZZ is the extension number and this program opens up the correct mailbox for a call sent to voicemail from this extension by program 603 above.
[Intercom] 6 5 7 9 2 ZZ [Redial] [Spkr] where ZZ is the extension number and this program opens up the correct mailbox for a call to the voicemail from this extension by pressing the voicemail message waiting button.
If the above does not work, the settings for the Perfect Voice are NOT the same as the Toshiba voicemail and you can refer to my previous advice above.
