I am working on a DK280 that currently has two lines up and running. I am adding two additional lines to the system. I have them plugged into the PEKU via the line cord. When I call the new number the LED's on the card flash for both lines respectively. When I try to access the lines via INT, #, 7003 and 7004, the system says LINE 3 Busy and LINE 4 Busy. What am I missing? I have also added the new trunks to the dial 9 group and also in program 81 to ring on all keysets. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
B

check program 40 and 41 to make sure you have access to those lines. Also I think you mean you have the lines plugged into the RCOU or PCOU since PEKU is an Electronic extension card.
