Hi all,
I have a dk424 system. The day and night mode greetings seem to be controlled by a set schedule in the system. Day mode used to engage from 9a to 5p. All of the sudden, the night mode is kicking on at 4p. I noticed the system time didn;t change for daylight saving time. I reprogrammed the time thinking that this would correct the timing problem.... no such luck
How can I change the night mode schedule?
Thanks a million in advance.

Did the time in the VM change too? The time the greetings play is controlled by the VM not the phone system. The reason the greetings are off by an hour is either the phone system time is off or the time in the VM is off. What VM are you using?

If it's a Toshiba VM, you can change the time from the admin mailbox.

Thanks for the quick responses. You both must be right. I didn;t know theere was a second time settting to change. I will be on site later today and will get the model of the voicemail card. I'll post back the model #.
Thanks again! TJ

I'm not sure which card I should be looking at. There is a VP 100 box attached to the system. Could that be it?

Not a VP100??? UUUGGGHHH!!! This is a very old VM!!
I'm not sure if the time can be changed via a admin box?? If not, the only way to do this is for a tech to call into it. In that case, they would need to know the password to get into the VP100.
I currently maintain a few of these and would be willing to work with you if you don't already have someone that services it.
