One of the employees here has 2 desks. Therefore, she has 2 extensions. I have her primary extension set up as a secondary DN on one of the phones. Everyday, first thing in the morning, she tells me that when someone calls in to her primary extension, it does not ring on the phone. The light comes on for the line, but it's muted. I have to remove and recreate the secondary dn and then it will work. Any ideas? Am I overlooking something?

I think you have to set up ringing in *71.
