I have a customer who wants to do a call forward on certain extensions out to an external voice mail number. They do not have manuals with their system. Can some one tell me how to do this for them.
Thanks T.R.

I quess I must be misunderstanding the features that are listed for DK40 One of the features listed is forwarding to an external number from a station. Does this not mean that I can program a station to forward a call outside if I do not pick up.

It will not forward a transfered call! It will only forward a call that is ringing a phone on an outside line to an external location and it can only ring on that phone.
