I know that you can check answered calls caller id by putting a caller id button on your phone, but how can you check unanswered calls(hopefully the same way). But the most important question is how do you get the unanswered caller id to store on phones. I was looking at the caller id history but didn`t go into it to much?

enable call history for each station, you can set how many numbers.It's in stations under DKT tab
