I have an end user who had her calls being forwarded to another extension. We have cancelled call forwarding on both of her lines with #6051 and when you call her, the call goes to her (so the phone is not forwarding the calls) but her display still shows cfwd all to another extension and we cannot get it to go away. I have looked in eManager and nothing is set to forward her calls there either. It's a DKT3210-SD phone on a CTX 100 system. I also tried rebooting the processor at her office, having her unplug her phone for 5 minutes (and plugging it back in of course)and checking to make sure that the extension she had the phone forwarded to wasn't forwarding anywhere too. After all of this, her phone still shows that it's being forwarded. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for any/all help!

I'm not sure what you're missing, either, but from what all you've said, I'd just delete the extension & recreate it. You'd probably be ahead of the game as far as time was concerned. Just make sure you copy all her info from the station assignment tabs, including the ringing, and then go for it!

Just re-read your post - does she have any PhDn's on her phone?

She does have one PhDn and we tried #6051 on that extension too. I'll try #6053 on both lines (though I think we tried that last week IIRC) thanks so much for the advice!! If #6053 doesn't work, I'll save her info as Phil suggested (thanks Phil!) and recreate. I appreciate the input smile
