I have a CTX 28 and 100. Used emanager several times in the past but today when I tried getting a "SES is not connected" error. Any clue why this is happening? IP or SUBNET has not changed.

Unless you are connecting to a MAS, you usually don't use eManager to connect to a Stratagy ES.
You proabably have an IP address entered in SES in equipment and the eMnager is trying to connect, but fails because you don't have a MAS for your voicemail.
Leave IP under SES blank.
