I have a phone that when you call it voice mail will not pick up.
it been a very long time since i programed the dk280 and i cant remember the fix for it.

I have one phone that will not go to its mail box.
I noticed all the phone here have the following on the display: CF-NA xxx-0 +
I use the following per phone : int #603 (spd dial) 16 redial
and all phones but one will go to there direct mailbox. any Ideas???

Did this phone ever have a mailbox? If you dial the DHG and then dial the mailbox number, usually the same as the extension number, does a mailbox answer?
What happens when you call the extension? Does it ring forever? Does it go to the voice mail and give a error message?
Are the VMID codes set=> 656/657 ?
