Hey Guys,
I have a DK280 with a IVP8, for the most part, it works great. It's just fast, when I log in to the mailbox, if I don't press the digits fast, it gives an error. Is there something that I could do to slow it down?

That can be adjusted via the Stratagy Admin software. Your vendor can do this for you.

no it is in the user id mailbox itself, it's called "slow menu". What I usually do is delate all the default user id's. Then go into the default mailbox and change all the settings I want for the user ids so when I create new user ids it has the settings I want like slow menu.
