Ok, I have the manuals...now I need WinAdmn - how can I get a cc? Prior vendor took off with it...geez! Thanks everyone for your assistance so far  :bow:

You can download winadmin from the Toshiba FYI website. If you do not have access to that, you will need to find a cd or someone with a kind heart that has an ftp site - 20+MB, too large to email. Sorry I could not be of more help.
As long as you are going thru the hassle of tracking the program down, get e-manager so you can program both ctx & cix systems.

Try get the latest version of Emanager 4.20, then you can program any version of CTX, CIX.

Any chance I get get one of those people with a kind heart to hook me up with a copy of WinAdmin? We have broken the install CD and don't have a backup. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You mean the Toshiba Tech that serviced your system or you are a Toshiba Dealer and your tech that was certified took them with him?
