Hey Guys,

Is this normal, when I have the CF/NA setup on a phone, when I intercom voice, I got to the persons mailbox. Is there a way to set, so the Intercom from other phones (internal) do not get sent to the mailbox? Thank you.

Are we talking about a Strata or CTX/CIX product?
What CFWD are you using #603 or #6041?
What happens if you call the phone without cfwd turned on?
Is DND turned on the phone your trying to call?

Hello, It's a Strata DK280.

I believe it's #603, if we turn the cfwd it wont be forwarded, but when people call from the outside and try to get an extension, it will ring forever. No DND is off.

Call Forward commands:

#601 forwards all calls
#602 forwards when busy
#603 forwards on no answer after XX seconds
#604 forwards when busy or no answer after xx seconds

But on the DK280, it will forward all calls, regardless of from which station it received. Even if you intercom voice first. I could be wrong
