Hello all,

Can anyone confirm if a Stratagy DK voicemail card SG-DK-8/24 will work in a Strata DK40 or 40i?

I am fighting with this one and can not get the MW light to light from it. Also, is the admin software different than the voicebrick admin software. I have defaulted the KSU, i have ensured that the VM program says 1440i and the #656 91 and the # 657 92 are done.
If i monitor the VM it accepts the message and I can call in and retrieve it but NO M/W light..

I am at my wits end on this one

This should be moved to the Toshiba forum. One of the Mods will move it for you---quicker response over there, I think.

Have you tried to set a MW light manually??

Look at the notify table in each mailbox. Should find a templete for DK40 light on and light off.

I moved this from the Voicemail forum. I'm sure you will continue to receive additional good Toshiba-specific support in this forum.

What slot do you have it in? You can't place the Stratagy DK in slot 18.

Also do you have your DTMF card installed and programmed?
If you just added it did you progam and rock the power?
Make sure you have pgm 31 and 13 correct.

I take it from what I see so far, it should work in the DK 40.. Here are the answers to the questions so far:

NOTIFY : #6569110 notify after 0 min, every 1, 20 times enabled

The DK card is in slot 15 programmed as an RSTU2

The DTMF card is a K5RCU2A programmed as a (98)

pgm 13 is set to 008 (ext 18) and can be dialed

pgm 31 is LED's 4,5,9, 15-20 for the VM ports
LED's 5,10,11,12,13,15,16,20 digital ports
