Please help!! I picked up a DK40 with a Statagy DK 2/24. The problem is with the voice mail. If I call ex 22 or 23 I here the old greeting. When the greeting is playing if I hit any key * # nothing happens the message keeps playing. At the end of the message it dosnt take a message. I have seen other posting about about dialing 850, 999, 900. nothing happens with the 850 and the 990 or 900 it goes to pick up a line. Anybody that can give me any advise would be very well appreciated. Also any help on getting the VSA.2g software would be great.

sound's like your dk40 has been wiped.(bat strap been pulled. your DK40 is not sending dtmf to the voicemail. also dialing 990 and 900 is actually "dial 9" and then dialing 90 and 00 so it's not the voicemail pilot. do you have a programming manual? check to make sure you have a k5rcu and that it's programmed in 03. and make sure you have a speed dial key programmed in 39.

PM Sent.
This is going to require a lot more help than user level programming.
