We had a hotel function that was activated by pressing #627xxx. Now when I press #627 it goes into a busy tone. Any idea what may have been turned off / on / reconfigured?
Thank you, Jim

On the DK, per program 05, the #627 + Destination Intercom Number - is the dial code for logical port swap.
I'm not sure what you mean by "A Hotel Function"? Can you give us a little more to work with?
Maybe one of the Mods that know of the Hotel Package will chime in and assist.

Apparently, a person has two offices with different extensions, their main one and their second office with a different extension number. At their main extension, they would press #627xxx, where xxx is to their second extension. This would allow anyone dialing their main extension and all functions, messages to appear on their second extension. It’s not call forwarding #601xxx

The relocation by speed dial feature must be turned on at x-200 using code Int, #, 6283 before using #627xxx. When finished, dial Int, #, 6281 at x-200 to turn this feature back off.
