Ok guys, I have one for ya and see if you can help me out. We are trying to write a program using some of the CTI Start App code #18. It doesnt let me dial from the phone. In Theory I should be able to dial #18 and the the ACD code to log someone in. Does anyone know why I can't dial #18?? You may be asking why would you want to do this? Well, I have a customer that is wanting to write scripts without using the Oaisys product. They are very good at writing scripts if they know what the codes are that controls the features.

From what I understand about this is, when Toshiba Engineers write the code this will enable the #18 access code followed by the application code for example #1801 to login to acd.
