I have been handed these duties and i am self teaching myself, can you help? We use a Toshiba CTX 670 with IES32 Strategy card for Voicemail, Toshiba ACD,Taske and Oaisys. We are moving and changing phone systems and with the ease of resporging and changing DID's etc, i need to be able to forward some current DID's to new temp DID's preferably at the Switch level and not thru oaisys. Is there a way to do it at the switch level on the CTX 670 or any other way. Thanks in advance for the help.

If your keeping the CTX you can program the DID to route to the new DID block
Program 309 Dialing Digits, Trk or LCR Access Code, Phone Number

Yes the LEC is doing some DID porting for us over to another provider. That is a whole nother issue. I guess i should have put less information in the Topic.

I have some DID's that are on a different block that we aren't going to port over and i need to temporarily forward these calls to an outside #.
My question is how do i setup call forwarding for a DID to forward inbound calls to an outside #.

Just point the DIDs to phantom extensions and cf-ext those extensions
