With the PI-DKT, it takes a digital port in and converts to 600ohm page output. If you set it to voice first, as soon as the extension of the PI-DKT is dialed it emits a tone and then opens the speaker path.

That's true if dialed from another DN, but the original poster wanted auto answer from a trunk which is not possible through the Toshiba but may be possible with a Viking product. Call Viking Electronics and they can help you find the right product(s) that might do what you are asking.

Ya we have installed CO to page adapters from viking. they work well, don't let the phone number get out to the public, bad, bad, bad.

Could still use PI-DKT through Contact Dk voicemail. Dial trunk, AA answers, and setup transfer mailbox to extension of unit.
Just a thought.
