Hey Guys,
I have an issue, I'm trying to setup a CTX100 to page when I enter an extension (say 599). How would I set that up? I have a Bogen PA System.

you can set it up in flexible access codes... there should be one for paging

I started to, I'll look again, what I'm really trying to accomplish is to have people call (say overnight) and press ext 599 which would activate the PA to broadcast a ring (so that the people can be alerted)to pick up the line.

You'll need either a PI-DKT or a some type of a box that attaches to an slt port and sends electronic ringing via a 600 ohm output to the Bogen.

The PIDKT uses a digital port on the system and would require an extension number (liek 599 if that is what you want to use), but I think you can accomplish the same thing using an analog port for the paging device.

Make it tone first and change the ring tone for intercom calls.

How big is the place? You might use SL port hook up to loud bell or chime to allert people and have them use call pick up button.
