I am having a little trouble with my voice mail system. Everything is working great except for one extension. I set this person up with a voice mail box, recorded her greating, set the greating, call forwarded the phone for busy/no answer, and everytime someone is trying to get her voice mail it goes directly to the main greating for the company. The phone system we are using is the strata dk 280. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm at a loss.

Now you need to ID the phone. icm #656 91 XXX and icm #657 92 XXX XXX= extension number. And  to the forum.

Do I hit redial after entering the numbers, as with most the the other programming? I guess what I'm asking is what is the exact syntax for the entry. I have not been trained on this phone system or voice mail, but I have been running it for about a year and this is the first problem I have run into and not been able to fix.
